Yes. Zeni Living dehumidifiers can be used with the internal water tank or via continuous drainage using the included hose. If you are comfortable emptying the tank manually, a hose is not required. Continuous drainage is useful for longer running periods such as laundry drying.

Air purifiers are designed to remove airborne particles such as dust, pollen, and fine pollutants. HEPA filters capture very small particles, and some models include UV-C or ionisation features that support air hygiene inside the unit. These products are not medical devices and do not replace professional medical solutions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. This typically happens within 1 working day of placing your order.

Most UK orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days. If your order has not yet arrived, please contact us at support@zeniliving.com and we will look into it with the courier as soon as possible.

Please note that all return requests are subject to review, and once approved we will send you a returns label and process your refund once the item is back with us.




Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will authorise and process your refund or replacement within 2 working days. Where an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, a replacement will be prioritised. A refund to your original payment method will be considered where a replacement is not possible. We will send you a confirmation email once this has been completed.

Warranty & Support


Yes. Zeni Living products purchased directly from us include a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page or packaging. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal household use when the product is used according to the provided instructions. Please note that this warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Yes, replacement filters for all our purifiers and dehumidifiers are available on our website. If you're not sure which one you need, just email us your model number and we'll point you to the right one.


There is a printed copy included in the box. If you have misplaced yours, please email us your model number at support@zeniliving.com and we will send it over to you.
