It does a great job. For a day of work, a full bucket for 25 liters.

Reduced damp and better breathing

I use it in my room after a shower. Also to speed up laundry drying. The product is robust, easy to set up and has a long cord.

Effective compact dehumidifier with Laundry mode and optional drainage hose for continuous operation

This diddy little dehumidifier doesn’t take up much space so can be tucked away when not in use. It has a couple of different modes depending on how you might wish to use it - from an everyday sort of operation, as well as a specific ‘laundry mode’ that sets it to work hard to dry nearby clothes more effectively.The dehumidifier can store extracted moisture in its internal chamber (and it will automatically shut off if it senses the chamber has become full) or you can attach a hose to have it run continuously. If you have a use-case where it might be helpful to run continuously then this hose option could be a boon of convenience.In operation it’s not as loud as I was expecting - especially just in its general mode. You know it’s on but it’s not particularly intrusive.For a price of c. £130 (at time of review) that seems OK for what you’re getting - its compact size and straightforward operational modes, combined with quiet operation give you a simple and effective device that just does what it is says without overcomplicating things.

Great little dehumidifier – does exactly what it says

Really impressed with this unit. Low energy, gets a lot of damp out of the house – couldn't ask for more from a machine this compact. The HEPA 13 and carbon filter combo means the air genuinely feels fresher, and the UV-C system gives peace of mind on the germ and mould front. Quiet enough to run in the background and the footprint is small enough to tuck away easily. Excellent value for what you get.

I was on the lookout for a small sized dehumidifier for use in my garage and camper van, and this Zeni 12 L/Day Low Energy Dehumidifier looked perfect.I was a bit puzzled by the sizes on the product page as they didn't seem to make sense when looking at the photos, and they are indeed incorrectly labelled, the width is actually 280mm and the depth is 195mm.Despite the dimensions being the wrong way round there is no getting away from the fact that this is a very compact dehumidifier, perfect for small rooms, a camper van or caravan.The portability of this dehumidifier is further enhanced by it having 4 small casters on the bottom, making rolling it around very easy, and it also has a built in folding carry handle, it's not the lightest of things at nearly 10kg but it is still very portable compared to larger models.There are four operating modes depending on your requirements, all the modes have a fixed fan speed, turbo is high speed while the rest are low speed. In most modes you can adjust the desired relative humidity. The comfort mode is more of a fully automatic mode where the dehumidifier will adjust the relative humidity in relation to the ambient temperature.In all but the turbo modes the operation of the dehumidifier is very quiet, I do not find it intrusive at all when used at night in a bedroom.The dehumidifier does an excellent job of extracting plenty of water from the environment, once the water tank is full, it holds 1.5L, the dehumidifier will turn off until the tank is emptied, but it is possible to use the supplied pipe to constantly expel the water out of the device as long as you have a convenient drain nearby.I have noticed that the main air fan appears to be wobbly but this doesn’t seem cause any undue vibrations and my just be limited to my particular unit.I am very dubious about the claims that the dehumidifier filters the air, as you can see from the photos the supplied "filters" do not cover much of intake area, and there doesn't seem to be anything stopping air from being sucked in from the area around the filter.The instruction describe how to turn on the UV lamp to kill bacteria in the air, unfortunately other than a small LED to say it is switched on there is no other signs of this lamp as it is buried deep inside the dehumidifier.Overall, a great, compact and portable dehumidifier, but I would be wary of the air purification claims, if that is important to you then maybe look elsewhere.
