Zeni Warranty

Zeni products purchased directly from us include a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page or packaging.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal household use when the product is used according to the provided instructions.

What We May Offer

If your warranty claim is approved, we may:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Offer a full or partial refund where appropriate

The solution provided will depend on the product condition and the nature of the issue.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or improper storage

  • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions

  • Commercial or business use unless specifically stated

  • Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or tampering

  • Consumable parts such as filters or batteries unless faulty upon delivery

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please complete our Warranty Registration Form and our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Please make sure to include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Product model name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos where possible

Return Costs for Warranty Claims

If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will arrange the return or provide a prepaid return label where appropriate.

If inspection shows that the issue is not covered under warranty, we will contact you before proceeding further.


Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Product Safety & Recalls
