Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across mainland UK and most UK postcodes. Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout.

We do not currently deliver to the following locations:

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands

  • Northern Ireland

  • Isle of Man

  • Isle of Wight

  • Channel Islands

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, promotions, or seasonal events, dispatch times may occasionally be longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your dispatch confirmation email.

Typical UK delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 1-2 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery service has been selected.

Delivery Charges

We are currently offering free delivery on all UK locations. 

Couriers

We use trusted delivery partners including:

  • DPD

  • UPS

  • Royal Mail

  • Other approved UK couriers

The courier used may vary depending on the product size, weight, and delivery location.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched where available.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:

  • Leave a calling card

  • Contact you to rearrange delivery

  • Attempt redelivery

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place if authorised

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect delivery information, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at support@zeniliving.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution depending on the situation.

Please do not dispose of the item or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

  • Events outside our control

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Partial Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability or courier requirements.

If this happens, we will notify you and provide tracking information where available.

Risk & Ownership

Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or your nominated recipient.

If you request delivery to a safe place or neighbour, responsibility passes once the parcel has been delivered according to your instructions.

Ownership of the goods transfers once full payment has been received.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before completing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
