We sell home comfort and air treatment products, including air purifiers, dehumidifiers, and heater.

Using Our Website

Please use our website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or accounts

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology

  • Interfere with the website or other users

  • Copy, scrape, or reuse website content for commercial purposes without permission

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, videos, graphics, product descriptions, and website design belongs to Zeni Living or our licensors.

You may print or download content for personal use only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially use any content without our written permission.

Who Can Buy From Us

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

If finance or buy-now-pay-later services are offered, additional eligibility checks and age requirements from those providers may apply.

How Orders Work

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.

After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted once we send a dispatch confirmation email.

We may cancel or refuse orders before dispatch if:

  • A product is unavailable or out of stock

  • There is a pricing or product description error

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • Fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected

  • Delivery restrictions apply

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued.

Prices & VAT

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Any mandatory charges will be shown before checkout. Optional upgrades or services will be displayed separately.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment may be taken immediately when you place the order or shortly before dispatch, depending on the payment method used.

Delivery

We deliver to the destinations shown at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates unless a fixed delivery date has been specifically agreed.

If we are unable to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we will contact you. In certain circumstances, you may have the right to cancel your order if the delay is unreasonable.

Risk & Ownership

Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or your nominated recipient.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once:

  • Full payment has been received, and

  • Delivery has been completed

If you request delivery to a safe place or neighbour, responsibility passes once the parcel has been delivered according to your instructions.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these Terms.

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to:

  • A refund

depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer laws.

Warranty

Any manufacturer or voluntary warranty we provide is in addition to your legal consumer rights.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, offers, and discount codes may be subject to conditions, including:

  • Time limits

  • Stock availability

  • Minimum spend requirements

  • Product exclusions

Discount codes usually cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time where permitted.

Our Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Your legal consumer rights

For business purchases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
